Bulgarian programmes earn €9.5 million to promote milk and wine in Russia, Brazil and China
The European Committee (EC) approved three promotional programmes with executive decision С (2011) 8761 from November 30th, 2011. The first one is a Bulgarian-Romanian joint programme for promoting wine on the Russian and Chinese markets. The Bulgarian organisation is Regional Vine-growing and Winery Chamber (RVWC) “Trakia”

Bulgaria advertises its ljutenica and rose jam through an EC programme
The promotional programme called “Release the taste” will also popularise Bulgarian rosehip marmalade, bottled stewed peaches and peeled baked peppers. The three-year contract for the third national promotion programme was signed between State Fund Agriculture and the Bulgarian Union of Fruit and Vegetable Processors.

State Fund Agriculture approved another 39 investment proposals under RDP
The total worth of the subsidies is 15 million leva. The proposals under Measure 312: Support for the creation and development of micro-enterprises and Measure 121: Modernisation of agricultural holdings, were approved during a meeting of the Expert Commission for Transparency (ECT) on November 18th.

Changes to agri-environment decree facilitate farmers
The changes to Decree № 11 regarding Measure 214: Agri-environmental payments will allow farmers to increase the size of the land they use for organic farming without committing to a new agri-environmental contract.

Nearly 123 000 children will receive fruit in school
Almost 1,000 schools will participate in the School Fruit Scheme during the 2011-2012 school year. Beginning November 1st and until the end of the first school term, nearly 100 000 children will receive fruits and vegetables in 714 schools.

Third part of the Charity programme begins
The third and final part of the Charity programme will take place between November 1 and November 22. The scheme for providing food is executed by State Fund Agriculture in partnership with the Bulgarian Red Cross (BRC) and the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency.

- От 16 май до 31 август се приемат заявки за плащане по мерки B, C и D от Националната програма по пчеларство.
