MAIN DUTIES OF ALL APPROVED PURCHASERS COW'S MILK:
 
  • All approved purchasers set up new bank guarantee for each quota period. The bank guarantee shall be established as an approved purchaser for a period of 31 October of the current quota period until 31 October of the next quota period.
  • The approved collector and producer of cow's milk conclude a written contract for the supply of cow's milk. Recorded in the contract purchaser of the ORA Paying Agency has its registered office not later than 14 days from its conclusion.
  • Purchase, respectively, a collection point or carrier issues a document identifying the supply of each producer.
  • Purchasers are required to register daily in electronic form from any manufacturer supplies.
  • To 10-day of next month purchasers filed in paper and electronic form (e-mail or optical media) to MAF and to the ORA signed and stamped in accordance with a monthly summary of application quantities bought cow's milk from each producer's weight and their fat d / kg.
  • Purchasers submit annual declarations to the ORA for supplies from April 1 to May 15 of the next quota period.
  • Purchasers are responsible for collecting contributions from producers who have exceeded their quota for milk supply and transfer of funds in the account of RA at 1 - September to your next quota period.
  • Purchasers are required to keep records at least 3 years.
  • Purchasers are required to provide full access to the control authorities to the available documentation and equipment.

Each approved purchaser of cow's milk is required to submit an annual statement of supplies from April 1 to May 15 of the next quota period in ORA. Failure to submit an Annual declaration for delivery within the specified period shall be punished with fines and penalties.
 
 
 
 
Bank guarantee
Under Article 31 of the Ordinance № 23 of 13.12.2007 on the management of the national milk quota bank guarantee to approve the purchaser shall be established for the period from the date of application until 31 October of the next quota period.
 
The amount of bank guarantee, to approve the purchaser is the same for all candidates and is determined by the Executive Director of the Paying Agency for each quota year.
 
Approved purchasers set up new bank guarantee for each quota period, until 31 October each year and present it to the agency. Bank guarantee to an approved purchaser shall be established for the period from 1 April of the current quota period until 31 October of the next quota period. The amount of the bank guarantee already approved purchasers shall be determined by the Executive Director of the Paying Agency for each quota year in proportion to the amount of milk bought in the previous quota period based on monthly returns of art. 37, para. 5 of the Ordinance № 23.
