STATE FUND AGRICULTURE has developed for the transfer of individual milk quotas without holding the manufacturer (so buying - selling individual milk quota or quota free market economy).
 
Quota for the coming year 2009/2010 in the timely determination of the price fixed by the Minister of Agriculture and Food Sector "Milk" will perform the procedure under Art. 24 of the Ordinance № 23 of 13.12.2007 (suppl. - SG. 76 of 2008, in force on 29/08/2008) `.
 
Branch organizations in the dairy sector within March 31, 2009 submitted to the Minister of Agriculture and Food a single proposal (. (§ 28 - Final Provisions of the Ordinance № 23 of 13.12.2007) in connection with Art. 75 of Regulation ( EC) 1234/2007 of 22.10.2007 establishing a common organization of agricultural markets for special measures for the transfer) to implement a quota exchange in order other than statutory. Minister of Agriculture and Food with an order approving or rejecting a reasoned proposal within May 31, 2009.
