At a ceremony in the Council of Ministers the Prime Minister Boyko Borisov, the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry Rumen Porozhanov and the Executive Director of State Fund Agriculture Zhivko Zhivkov handed the first contracts concluded under sub-measure 7.2 Investments in the creation, improvement or expansion of all types of small scale infrastructure from the Rural Development Program (RDP) 2014-2020.

State Fund Agriculture increases publicity for the implementation of the Rural Development Programme 2014-2020. To this end, a new platform on the internet page is being developed where the respective data will be announced.

State Fund Agriculture approved the first 43 project applications under sub-measure 4.1 Investments in agricultural holdings from measure 4 Investments in tangible assets of RDP 2014-2020.

State Fund Agriculture transferred BGN 1 804 088 under Measure 10 Agri-environment- climate from the Program for Rural Development (RDP) 2014-2020. 267 farmers received support.

A total of 1648 applications for payment were submitted by the beekeepers who had fulfilled their contracts under the National Beekeeping Program (NAP) 2017-2019. Documents under the measures A, B, C, D and E from the NAP were accepted at the regional directorates of the State Fund Agriculture from 5 June to 15 August.
