Farmers can now delineate their areas in the Electronic Services System (ESS) developed by the State Fund "Agriculture", according to an Order of the Executive Director of the Fund.
Any farmer with active registration in the ESS can enter and send to the Integrated administration and control system (IACS), electronic information on arable land and support schemes, which he declares for the current campaign, including spatial data on the plots used. It enters and is loaded in IACS together with the schemes and measures under which the owner applies. The applicant should then visit the Municipal Agriculture Service in person, where it is necessary to check that his / her data has been entered correctly and to complete his / her application.
In the previous 2021 campaign, 2,272 farmers took advantage of this opportunity, and the total area outlined by them amounts to 449,496 ha.
Farmers who do not yet have an individual profile can access the CEU after registering in the system by submitting an application from the "User Panel" section at https://seu.dfz.bg/ and confirmation of identification of the applicant through the Regional Directorates (RDs) of the SFA.
In order to facilitate the farmers in the section "Feedback and assistance" of ESS (https://seu.dfz.bg/drupal/?q=node/49) video manuals for working with the system have been published.
If they need additional information on working with ESS, users can also use the "Questions and Opinions" platform from the "Feedback and Help" menu.
