Farmers received over BGN 104 million under the Redistributive Payment Scheme for Campaign 2021
The State Fund "Agriculture" - Paying Agency (SFA - PA) paid BGN 104,339,315.67 under the Redistributive Payment Scheme (RTA). Subsidies were transferred to 53,933 farmers who applied for support for the 2021 Campaign. The calculations were carried out after clarifying the cases of areas declared by more than one farmer and on the basis of the updated "Eligible areas" layer.
The support rate under the scheme amounts to BGN 137.74 per hectare. It is determined by Order № RD 09-302 of 22.03.2022 of the Minister of Agriculture.
The redistributive payment scheme provides support for the first up to 30 hectares eligible under the Single Area Payment Scheme (SAPS).
