    The State Fund Agriculture (SFA - RA) has prepared a Guide for cost accounting under the Maritime and Fisheries Program 2014-2020 (MAP 2014-2020). It will facilitate beneficiaries who implement grant contracts under MFP 2014-2020.
    The guide contains the procedures to be followed by the beneficiaries in UMIS 2020 in order to ensure effective accounting of the costs under the contract. It includes lists of the required documents for project activities reporting, as well as the necessary information for submittal of financial and technical reports to the payment requests. The most common mistakes made by the beneficiaries when reporting the expenditures under MFP 2014-2020 are also included in the Guide.
   The guide is published on the official website of the State Fund Agriculture. It will be sent through UMIS 2020 to all beneficiaries, having signed contracts under MFP 2014-2020, who have not yet submitted a request for payment. The Guide is part of the measures taken to improve the activities of the fund by increasing publicity and transparency in the work of the Paying Agency.
